Hanscomb Faithful and Gould was investigating the potential of incorporating two adjacent tenant spaces into their existing space, as well as searching alternate spaces of approximately 12,000-14,000 s.f for possible relocation. Kay Architects was initially retained by Hanscomb Faithful & Gould to help program and masterplan the phasing of the adjacent tenant spaces into their existing space as well as provide test-fits of two alternate locations. After completion of the test-fit studies, Kay Architects was retained to provide design, detailing, permit/pricing documents and construction administration for the interior build-out. The project included interior design of the space, selection of new materials to coordinate with existing finishes, coordination with base building finishes and mechanical systems.
